Normal week commencing Saturday 3pm and departing Saturday 11 am. We only book the house minimum a week at a time, except in low season. For available dates see calendar. Prices shown are inclusive for 8 persons, and includes the extra room at the top .The house has recently benefited from the addition of an extra double room with en suite shower room and is perfect for a large family or 2 small families - so now there are 3 double beds and 1 twin room it is not great for 8 single adults, as there are only 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms and it would mean sharing the double beds. There is also a travel cot. Maximum 8 people per booking. we offer a 10% discount on bookings of 2 people. During off peak times, shorter stays are available - please request price. House not suitable for children under the age of 5, due to pool steep stairs and high balconies. We prefer no dogs. 40% deposit is required at the time of booking, we don't charge a deposit for breakages, but trust that you will pay for any damages or try to buy a replacement. Any cancellations made 12 weeks or less from the start of your holiday will be charged at the full rate, unless we can re-book those dates, in which case we will refund the full amount minus the deposit amount. The deposit is non refundable. For August Feria, 10th - 24th August , we advise booking a guaranteed space in car park as town is very busy. This facility can be arranged and for other weeks in the year by prepayment from approx 130 euros a week.
